These are common symptoms of someone carrying too much. If you’ve had an avalanche of challenging life situations over many years (or your whole life!) it can become difficult to maintain a positive attitude.

Over-consumption of alcohol, drugs and even food, lack of motivation to exercise or socialise and that nagging feeling that life is just. not worth living are not issues on their own, but are symptoms of something much bigger - underlying emotions that aren’t being dealt with.

Some of the events that can cause overwhelm:

  • relationship issues, including after separation and divorce, dealing with family law courts or post natal depression (for either parent)

  • major accidents or illnesses in self or someone close

  • abusive or violent parents/caregivers and/or partners

  • bullying either as a child or in the present (often both)

  • witnessing abuse or violence as a child or adult

  • losing a job, a home or any other major life change where there was loss of control

These issues can be addressed using TRTP

TRTP is a simple and highly effective three-session therapy process which can be done online via Zoom from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Session one involves reconfiguring the way you see yourself by changing negative self-beliefs. Session two removes emotional charge from events from the past. Session three is an empowering look at how you want your future to look, now that you are free from the hold of the past.

We offer appointments at convenient times, including after hours and on weekends. There is no re-hashing of the past, no endless talking about feelings, just three powerful sessions which address underlying causes, free you from your pain and give you new tools to take with you in life.

How do I get started?

Working with us is easy -

  1. Book in for a 30min chat to learn more about the process and see if we’re a good fit (it’s free, with no obligation).

  2. After the initial consultation we will work with you to find convenient times for your three sessions. Sessions are (ideally) one week apart and each session is around 1.5-2 hours.

  3. You will be sent access to our New Client Personal Information and TRTP Preparation forms to be completed online and the Zoom link you will use for all three sessions. Once you’ve returned the completed forms, you are ready to begin.
